Today we visited several local voluntary and state led local initiatives and the local market. All of these places are important to locals and older people to meet up, not feel isolated and find out what is happening in their area. Me and jamie completed our 4th day of work experience. Today we took videos of a rollerblading activity and edited clips for the college to upload on their instagram.

Nothing much has happened today, I watched the owner instruct a customer and help him with equipment.

Today we prepared posters for an upcoming workshop on depression, met some other students from Portugal and some volunteers and service users.
