Greenhills Community College, Dublin- Erasmus+ Student Mobility

Students Head to Málaga for an Exciting Two-Week Work Placement!

We are thrilled to announce that 25 of our students will be embarking on an incredible journey to Málaga, Spain, on the 19th of January 2025 as part of their two-week work placement programme. This experience is an integral component of our commitment to fostering vocational and transversal skills, as outlined in our Erasmus+ initiative.

During their time in Málaga, students will have the opportunity to work in their chosen vocational fields, gaining hands-on experience that will enrich their learning and professional development. This programme not only enhances their technical skills but also provides a unique cultural experience, helping them build confidence, independence, and adaptability in a global work environment.

This placement aligns with our college’s vision of providing comprehensive education that equips students with lifelong learning skills. By participating in an international work setting, students will also develop valuable soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, all of which are essential in today’s interconnected world.

We wish our students every success as they represent our college abroad. Their hard work and dedication make us incredibly proud, and we are confident they will make the most of this transformative opportunity.

Stay tuned for updates and stories from their journey—we can’t wait to hear all about their experiences in Málaga!
